Chatting with a couple of mates in the pub last night who have seats behind the goal in 1892 sports bar enclosure ; they were wondering about the 6 of them moving to the club owned Platinum seats in main stand.
Thing is , this whole seat availability issue could be sorted by the club putting the availability online. not only could you get better seats in a different part of the stadium, you might want to move away from some annoying jack-in-the-box bloke in front of where you sit now.
Also, what about reducing the seat cost on match day for the empty seats ( by say only 10%) as not to hack off existing fans. Might get more bums on seats.
I might be giving the club more credit than it was worth as someone once told me the programme sellers /club shop workers get to sit in empty seats but only after half-time!

They've given seats to the forces before and I think that was a good idea.
