Applied for one on Thursday before the deadline (and i'm not just bandwagon goer) I've been to 7 games this season! But yeh anyway i have not heard anything back, how long does it usually take? i thought they would have rang or emailed to say that they had got the application? Thanks
I think they said had a very large backlog of applications, so no doubt you will hear something soon. I know my Uncle rang up and checked on his and he was told everything including his seat!
I agree email them, they usually send a confirmation email within a few days but given how manic it has been for them recently maybe they have a bit of a backlog.
To be a non bandwagon season pass holder takes more than 7 games in a season. It requires years of standing in the rain in far off southern places, singing songs about players long moved on. Mind you to be a trolling wum doesnt take anytime at all.
Did mine on wednesday and i emailed them and they told me my application had been processed. Does this mean i will then hear of them when to pick it up?
When you ring the ticket office,the current messages mention there is a large back log of applications being processed, and confirmations should be sent out next week.
They say they are behind on processing but mates of mine who renewed last week got emails of confirmation same day. I would suggest that you ring the ticket office and make sure all is ok with your application.
