Season Ticket-Where are you?

As the title suggests, I still haven't received my season tickets. They are new season tickets, not renewals. I've phoned them once a week and every time they confirm that they have a record of the 3 tickets in my name and they will send them out in the next few days, but still nothing.

The other thing is that they have only debited £1.00 from my card, not the full amount?

Is anyone else waiting for their ticket still, and is it normal procedure to only debit £1.00 until they are released?

Please put my mind at rest!!

 

I'm in the Northam and wouldn't know about the £1 thing, i went to the stadium to get mine.

 

Perhaps the £1 is a holding amount and the rest will be taken on despatch.

 

That's what I'm hoping! Living in Bnmth now so not so easy to pick up!

 

When did you actually order yours? I ordered mine on the 3rd of July and received it on Friday. The fact that they have only taken £1 is very strange because they took out the full amount from my account 4 days after I ordered. However, if they say they have a record of your 3 tickets then there it should only be a matter of time before it comes.

 

They took the full cost out of mine two or three days after ordering.

 

Thanks for the info people. I ordered mine on July 3rd too. If you only got yours on Friday then maybe i'm worrying prematurely.

Part of me doesn't want to mention that only £1.00 has come out, but if that's preventing me getting my tickets then I think I might have to 'fess-up'!

 

Bournemouth is only 30 minutes or so away. I'd be getting down there and saying "oi, what's happening dude?"

 

No, not a Pompey season ticket, I said £1.00 was debited, not credited!!

 

The ticket office opening hours clash with my work, but might have to take an avo off and head down there to have it out with Nicola!!

 

I have a theory with tickets...they turn up the day after you seriously panic.

 

They took out my money straight away and i got it in 10 days, mine was a renewel on the first day of sales though so no panic from me!

 

They also took the full amount off me, and i have yet not got my ST either

 

Went to the stadium and collected my 3 tickets today. Turns out if you booked on line and you booked more than one ticket then you won't receive your tickets unless you visit the ticket office in person.

This is because all 3 tickets were booked on one customer number. Each season ticket must have its own cust number. Therefore I had to go down and get my wife and son registered, then they could allocate tickets against their individual numbers.

Bit long winded but thought I should put it out there in case anyone else is still in limbo.

Off to Majorca now so speak to you all in a week!
