I see that Argyle have made their first concession regarding 2011/12 seson tickets by allowing Under 10's to sit anywhere for free with Green members. I'd like to include an extract from an e:mail I sent to Messrs. Ridsdale and Cowdery. They've satisfied me on my first point but until they make a U-turn on my points two and three below, I'm sure we'll be even further down on ST numbers than that expected.

"I believe the club must make a complete U-turn on the following three things, admit they were wrong and try to restore some trust from the fans. This is based on an analysis of all the comments on PASOTI.
    1. Allow under 10's free admission with adults anywhere in the ground as it was last year.
    2. Offer under 23's £220 tickets like last year (or perhaps reduce this to £210 in line with the adult 'reduction').
    3. Offer under 18's £80 tickets like last year (or perhaps reduce this to £75 in line with the adult 'reduction')."

Where did you see this concession or was it a reply to you?

It's not difficult if I can do it Sensible - I usually rely on my daughter for lessons but all you need to do is :-
    1. Load up the web page
    2. Highlight the 'url' (e.g. http: etc.) at the top of the page by clicking on it
    3. CTRL + C to copy it
    4. CTRL + V to paste it into your post

I might just give it a go in the privacy of my own darkened room so that nobody can laugh at me when I find myself hooked up to the pentagon computer.............

What's all this Cntrl C & Cntrl V stuff? Just click on the URL and right click the mouse for copy & paste options! Much easier.

If you do manage to hack into the Pentagon Sensible, we could have a poll for possible missile strikes. My top pick? European Court of Human Rights followed I think by the Ethiad Stadium (nee City of Manchester Stadium) and locations where Simon Cowell may be hiding.

Maybe we should have used the Pentagon last season to track down Kagami.

He was hiding in a cave with Simon Cowell and Bin Laden last I heard.

You have all confused me now with the right click left click and mouse thing. I am easily confused with gadgetry given I am not 5 anymore. I even have trouble with the tin opener. Simpler is I will get one of my computer literate offsprings to actually show me. If I haven't got it in 10 minutes and they start shouting then I will give up and resist the temptation to paste anything other than wall paper in future.

Sorry Distant - old habits die hard. I was CTRL+C'ing and CTRL V'ing when the only mouses about were the pesky little varmints under the shed - and 36 years working in IT makes you wary of new fangled ideas. I'll try to switch to the RMB option - you've got me worrying about all the nano-seconds I have wasted since the introduction of the mouse.

Ah it's not the nanoseconds that bother me, it's just I reserve keyboard shortcut storage space in my brain for important things, like playing games.

Need to be quick when attacked by a rabid Alsation in CoD - or get a Playstation.

    Yes they do, occasionally.

However, I did say some while back that I was in the process of moving back to the West Country and I'm afraid the amount of sleep I'm losing over trying to complete a house purchase or even to exchange contracts is wearing me down.

Mild compared to what others go through I know but this is the first time I've done a house move with responsibility for a child, her school ....... etc etc.

However, first thought in the morning is PAFC [well sometimes].

Oh & and another thing. I can put up with most things but pigeons having it off on your roof at 4am [and on your fence at 7pm, 7:30pm and every hour thereafter] is too much.

They are so noisy at it. All those footsteps or the avian equivalent. Are they taking a run up? What are they doing that I haven't thought of?

They are what 12 bore shotguns were invented for.

I've never studied the mating habits of pidgeons to be honest. The "run up" technique sounds interesting. Just think though they have to sit on your roof and fence listening to you. Maybe not once an hour but still.

I have never had to do the house move bit really let alone the school bit as well. I moved around a bit from married quarter to married quarter in my time but it was never like you describe. The only time a school was involved was when I moved to Gib and there was only one and it was automatic entry. The only time since I've moved seriously was back to my home town and into my first house. From there I moved down the road to my second one leaving my son and his partner plus three kids to occupy the first one. By then none of the kids were anywhere near school age being somewhat older. Glad I never had the experience by the sound of it.
