    Got my renewal form through.
No accompanying letter with reference to abysmal start, managerial change, relation flirt, encouraging cup runs, nothing. Just the form.
Oh, and the price has gone UP!
After today's performance and the club's statement that prices would be coming down I'm extremely annoyed by this.
I'm in two minds about renewing. Home performances and more importantly results had best improve dramatically from now until the end of the season.

You say that, however, as a fan of North Eastern football, you are a glutton for punishment. You'll wind up buying a second one <laugh>. I know I would (if I could)

Prices have come down. So I can only assume that you are a very poor WUM who does not have a season ticket or even a season card as they have been for a few years now.

116 posts in three years as well

Well i am in the concourse so what are the new prices ?, l have got my renewal form ready to send back( so not to renew) if we lose to Palace on saturday, we have to win at least 3 games and all at home. This has been a rubbish season and yesterdays performance the worst since the 6-1 defeat at Villa a couple of seasons ago.

Why would you not go back to your beloved Sid James' Park if Sunderland lost to Palace?

Well mine hasn't. it's gone up, albeit by only £30.
No wumming, fella. Not my style. Far too mature for that kind of attitude. Notice I won't resort to name calling or presumptions.
If you must know I've had my season ticket (or card if you insist on being pedantic) for last 2 years at roker in clock stand. Been in east stand of sol every year barring the 4 I was away at uni. Row 32 before, row 37 after, just to the north side of halfway.
What's the number of posts I've made over a certain period of time got to do with anything? Absolutely nothing. I wouldn't presume to know what kind of person you are by how often you feel the need to talk to strangers.
As a fellow washy lad I'm disappointed but not surprised by your uneducated and uninformed attempts to shoot me down. All I wanted was to see if anybody else's price had gone up too, contrary to the club's recent statement, and how people felt about the lack of communication from the club. It just felt soulless to me sending nothing but the renewal form, cup slip, and some kind of booklet.
    How's that for disingenuity?

I'll tell you exactly what's happened (and I'm gonna lay blame at my father's feet for this). Renewal forms still go to his address. Spoke to him yesterday on his return from holiday. Aging fool got new prices wrong. :embarrassed:
Actually down by £30. Thank God for that.thought I was being jipped.
Still not too happy about lack of a cover letter along the lines of the clubs press release re the new prices or lack of season appraisal.
Or being called a wum without a ticket tho that may be understandable given the misunderstanding.

Ok but hope you can see where I was coming from. All of the statements from the club and the information pack I have received clearly showed that all prices had come down.

So it did appear as of you were fishing for a bite

I certainly didn't call you a wum, but just stated the fact that it was bollocks regarding the price of your ticket going up...

I've requested U37 or U38. Because of the Direct Debit I have to apply by post so can't pick my seat.

Aye, it's gone up about £50, can't remember exactly what it was last year but roughly £50 dearer this year. Shouldn't really matter whether I'm corporate or not mate, everyone else has gone down and to be honest I still haven't made my mind up if i'll renew or not. Like a daft twat I probably will but right now I need persuading.
