Its pretty poor to be honest , how long should this take. Last monday Amit said letters would be going out at the end of the week, still nothing. TF said 6 weeks ago we would hear in a couple of weeks. Really how long should it take to post some vouchers out. Its not like they have to collate details or anything , all on the system. Joke.
Dont think we're really in a position to complain to be honest. We're damn lucky that this is all happening and the refund was a bonus. They could have easily done nothing. Patience really. We'll get it eventually.
That's showing your age. I'd be happy to get some green shield stamps, I'd take a dried bogey on some bog roll tbh just wish they'd send me something!
