Alreet gentle folk. I’ve had £77.50 taken from my account which I presume is part of the direct debit scheme. I don’t remember using this last season as I normally pay up front but it’s not an issue as I want to renew. I don’t remember renewing before the 12k cut off either. My account on SAFC.COM doesn’t show that I have a ticket either, so does anyone know how I can contact the ticket office as the phone lines are buggered while the office is closed.

I had a similar issue mate didnt know whether or not it would auto renew which it did and I was happy with that. Dont bother emailing I did over a month ago and got no response. Next direct debit will be taken on Tuesday which is scandalous frankly as weve no idea what's going to happen if and when fans are allowed back in.
I will email them mate but just so there’s a paper trail incase owt gans wrong. I think if money comes out Tuesday it’ll definitely be renewed.
