Season ticket partial refund

Hi all, boring question below.

I bought two season tickets but moved along a couple of blocks to get from Kingsland centre to the wings (or something). The ticket office guy said to pay the higher price there and when the seat moves went through a couple of weeks later, I'd get the difference (£100 ish) back. The new tickets have come through, no refund yet.

Anyone else moved to a cheaper area and done the same thing? Is it a mistake or do I need to go back down and ask for the cash?
