The season started yesterday... And what a start was! Well done to the team. We didn't deserve to loose!
I take it back Captain. 2 goals for Fulham, this season, is a relative goal fest. I think playing Wednesday is a good thing, you just want game to come thick and fast when youve played well.
My thinking in saying West Brom could be a goal fest was that their new manager seems to favour very attacking football, with a resulting openness at the back. If the new Mitroglou-Holtby led forward line has clicked by then, it's the kind of game that could see plenty of action at both ends. I was assuming that we were going to click, because not to do so was too depressing. It's better to travel hopefully and all that.
Lets hope our commitment and concentration from the weekend carries over in to the games against smaller teams. Pessimist in me thinks we might nick another point on Wednesday and then undo the good work by losing at WBA.
