It must be extremely hard to be supporting Brentford at the moment after the defeat to Yeovil in the play-off final, and although they were the better side in the final (the whole second half was played in the Yeovil half), the team was ultimately made to play for two moments of slack defending in the first half. That final came after a rollercoaster ride of joy and heartbreak, with that memorable finish against Doncaster where they were a penalty away from automatic promotion, and the amazing play-off semi-final against Swindon where it looked like it would be stolen away again, but the Bees came through on penalties.

Facing up to another season in League One is difficult, but I'm afraid it is the reality after such an impressive campaign where they lost less games than anybody else, and had the best home record. So many young players impressed including Adam Forshaw, Harry Forrester, Jake Bidwell and Marcello Trotta (I'd never forgive him, though), while Clayton Donaldson was once again prolific and scored so many goals. So in reality, Uwe Rosler must be truly devastated.

The season did start relatively slowly, but form gradually improved and an excellent run in the second half of the season helped them towards the top and the game against Doncaster was looking more and more significant as every week went by, such was the tight nature of the top of League One (or 'Una Liga'). Confidence surrounded the club, and it was really devastating in the end to just miss out.

However damaging the end to the season may become, 2012/13 cannot be forgotten as it delivered some incredible highs as well as lows, and, let's face it, brentford are not the biggest club in League One, and they had the smallest squad. Rosler did so well to maintain such consistency.

Glad you lot lost to Yeovil after you were rubbing our noses in at after you beat us on penalties and your keeper and your centre back were larging it up to all us Swindon fans.
Absolutely delighted we will be playing you again next season.

By the way where were all your fans a pathetic tunrnout of 42000 last time we played in the final nearly 80000 there.

Brentford blew it and if you ever get a next time to get to a final dont rubother fans noses in it because as the saying goes what goes around comes around. You were lucky to beat us and again glad you lost to Yeovil.

I wrote this review so people could respond to it, not slag off a club.

why would i want to go on the QPR forum. Not slagging off the club but the Brentford fans who were out of order after they beat us on penalties. So Brentford can dish it out but dont like getting a bit of stick when you lose. Grow up. You lost and deservedly so and nice to see your keeper and Dean on the losing side after the stick they gave us after the semi final.
Couldnt have happenned to a nicer bunch of fans losing to Yeovil - well for the small amount of fans you had at wembley which was pathetic seems your a london club and wembley is up the road. Small club -rubbish fans and just to repeat glad you lost.

As for the qpr moron i should go and play with yourself.
