For those that are season card holders, Does anyone remember the 500 'points' you got when you when you got it? I just used mine to pay for brighton game and I thought they were supposed to accumulate if you bought merchandise and went to home/away games? Am I the only one who thinks we've been copped out of a rewards scheme initially promised to us?
Kind of highlights my point, when I bought the card it said purchases I maid in the club shop and tickets I bought would give me more points with 100 points = £1
Yeah I remember that, I never really tried to take advantage of it though and I bought a heap of stuff in the shop when I was in on Xmas Eve haha.
Exactly, I would love to know the answer to that question. There are one or two games I have not made this season where I have ended up selling back my season ticket to the club for resale at full rate. Sell back rate is 10 quid per ticket which is applied as points that you can then use towards next years season pass. Anyone know how I can find out exactly how many points I have accumulated? I am buggered if I know!
You have to present your card on each purchase to get points. Your recipt shows acumulated points. Points rom last year were transferred over onto the new cards. Thought it was reasonably transparent myself.
If you go onto tiger leisure online and you are registered you can see your points on there. I used mine yesterday for ticket for game against Brighton on Monday. If not registered can easily sign up to it.
