Apologies in coming - another short thread today as time has been in short supply this week, much like City's goalscoring threat!! After 2 disappointing home games in a row, that were fortunate to return 3 points from 6, we head to the gates of Hull for what will surely prove another tough test. The Bluebirds face the 7th placed Tigers in poor recent form (only 2 wins in our last 6) and looking shorn of the confidence and guile we were showing in the earlier part of the season. The Tigers have had a reasonable start to life this season and look set to improve upon their bottom half finish last season following some good recruitment (including ex-Bluebird loanee Jaden Philogene who has just picked up goal of the month for the Championship). Bulut's Bulletin The major concern for City this weekend will be Perry Ng, who apparently left the field on Wednesday night with blurred vision. An eye test has ensued but until the results of that are known then he may be a serious doubt for a return to action meaning a sustained run in the side for Mahlon Romeo - who to be fair has looked pretty solid in his last few outings after a bit of a rocky start to this campaign. It's likely Runarrson will continue between the sticks despite still failing to convince. in his defence he pulled off a few decent saves on Wednesday to save our embarrassment of losing to Birmingham becoming even more acute but the goal conceded again leaves questions over his capabilities. Joe Ralls is also likely to be missing again with an unknown issue. Of the midweek game Erol has stated “I went home and watched the game again,”. “In the first half, we could have scored. We had the chance with Goutas, it was a great save from their goalkeeper. First half, everything was ok. We knew that Birmingham were going to try and score from counter-attacks and they did it. “In the offensive part, we are not good enough right now, we have to do a lot more work in the game. I think defensively, our shape is good. We are one of the better teams in the league defensively, but we have to create more chances and score more goals. We have to work much more in the offensive part. “To create is the most difficult thing in football. It’s a bit easier to keep possession, but to create chances and finalise chances, it’s a big difference. We have to continue to work on it.” What Are The Odds On That? Quick and simple view of the odds for this . Nice to see we aren't heavy favourites this time around, I think we all prefer being the underdog!! Sharing The Love Rather than giving out a load of info this week, let's have a game of name that player - below are a few players to have donned the shirt for both clubs, can you name them?? So, can the Bluebirds bounce back again following a bullet from Bulut? Can we go to Hull and back and come home with 3 points?? Will I manage to find time to write up a full thread again this side of Christmas??? All I know is, if Santa really is a Bluebird then it's about time he started doling out a few more Christmas wishes to us poor, bereft (of decent football recently) souls! Blooooooooooooooooooooooooobirds!!!! <0>\0/<0>\0/<0>\0/
Tan will be fuming if he loses this game that will be 1 win in 6 which is pathetic.I can put up with a lot but now losing so many games.
[QUOTE="Oldsparkey, post: 17190677, member: 1001700"Wintle nowhere to be seen - not even on the bench?[/QUOTE] On loan I hope. If we can get Bakasetas we should never see him again. Goalie merry go round, have you ever seen the likes. Our skill players are on the bench , Bowler, Tanner, Etette, Robinson. Bulut will do what he did in the last game when he gets desperate and throws on these players who should have started He is not fooling me hiding Meitie behind the striker or on the wing to keep the pressure off him, pathetic.
Got to be injured surely as he wouldn’t be behind Sawyers & Rinamota on the bench. Can’t see us getting much of the ball today.

Good effort Nin. Feel bad about the one you didn't get as it's not obvious from the pic. It was Jason Perry believe it or not!!
Jeez this is worse than I expected. Hull to a man are better, quicker and stronger. City have been pedestrian & clueless.
Lucky to get nil so far. At least we have some options second half in Bowler, Tanner, Robinson and Etete. Of which only Etete looked like doing anything on Wednesday. Wonder who will get hooked off.......
