Don't know if it's been said already, but some I saw would have him as the new manager so I thought I'd post. He's the new Crawley boss.

I wouldn't be surprised if they emulate Stevenage and push for a 3rd successive promotion. He's a decent manager and they'll do well at that level with him in charge.

Glad he's not coming here, he's a League One manager

Very good manager who would have suited our style of play got the most out of a poor Doncaster side, had a poor start this year but i think he would of done aswell if not better than Saunders.

Good appointment for Crawley, wouldn't have being for us though. At least it's one underwhelming name out of the frame!

    One lives in hope.

I think it's an opportunity missed, he's not a League One manager, he's a manager who kept a small team in the Championship on one of the lowest budgets in the league and he did it playing half decent football.

This is my point really, he has only managed small clubs with no expectations. Think he would have been doomed from the start if he came here to be honest

He started his career at Bournemouth and got them promoted, he then went to Donny and got them promoted, he then kept them up with the lowest funding in the league and all the time he played good football. Though they were both smaller clubs, the manager did the job he was brought in to do and he did it very well, he could do no more.

Put some money on Crawley being promoted next season, they've just got a very good manager.

The Allams need to get their finger out and sort out Nick's replacement asap. O'Driscoll is one option gone now and others will follow leaving only the dregs for us to choose from.
Also the organised teams in our division are already recruiting their transfer targets (some of which our new manager might have wanted to sign). So again the longer our owners take to sort this out, the less chance we will have of making quality signings (I wish).

I believe it will be sorted before the season pass details are released.

I agree on the players front, we might have missed some our targets. However one positive from the way our owners gone about things is we didn't wait till half we through the off season to get rid. They did it almost instantly. It was the legal (and cheap) way which has cost us time. The situation at Liverpool is similar in ways, although they probably paid KD off which allowed all the details to come out straight away.
