    Looks like he really made a difference for Blackpool.

    The time at blackpool really helped him. He had a great little start to his time at Everton, his time at Blackpool helped refresh and give him the confidence he shows by the bucketful now. They played cracking football and really pushed him on

    Arguably the most improved player in the division this season. He's become a tremendous all rounder at RB, with the defensive side of his game now being as good as the best around.

    He has been very good a real threat going forward and solid at the back, loads of pace aswell.

    I hadn't noticed, I suppose there are dips in every players season though? All in all he's going to be a top full back for years.

    He's a nice lad as well by all accounts, very level headed.

    He must rank amongst the biggest bargains of the PL era. £60k Moyes paid for him.....
