A quick chance to restore a bit of belief into the side with a trip to lowly Scunthorpe on Tuesday night. The home side are struggling at the moment possibly because the manager has tripped over too many squirrels.
They don't score many, so expect them to rack up a handful against us, ex North Enders Hawley and Clarke lead the line for the home side, along with Paul Reid who played half a game for us a few seasons ago.
Expect changes from Westley, still don't think he knows what his best team is and probably won't do on Tuesday.
A win is a must otherwise the joys of mid table mediocrity will be beckoning us.

I do not think anyone knows what NE's best combinations are. I thought Monakana would be taking sdes apart because of his speed and close ball control but then I saw him pay against AFC Wombles. Goals seem to have dried up despite plenty of shots at goal. Tonight's game is a must win otherwise the sceptics will be jamming up the LEP site.

Did you notice on the LEP site a certain pneian blogger said last week that he saw 'Oriental type' people in the board room implying a possible injection of finance/take over? Wouldn't you think such a move, considering the new EUFA regulations regarding financing of clubs, is a tad too late should it be true? Maybe TH was showing them his little empire? A pity he sold Blackpool Tower, then he could have shown them another circus.

Gok Wan and whoshatinfan were alleged to have been interested but after Saturday's game were seen boarding planes at Blackpool airport before heading towards Preston docks looking for warships to crash into.

Good win although his decision to drop Stuckmann not ideal, not sure whether Westley is a tactical genius or just lucky suspects it's the latter
