Surely old Don Nicola must have given at least two of City's players a bung? Namely, JH allowing the ball to bounce through his legs/bum, and that pass into the net from GB, both were highly suspicious in my view, maybe it should be investigated as according to the post match interviews Mancini said he had at least 9 players that did not perform to their usual standard. Or were the Scummers just lucky? I think not ,' Same old Scummers ,always cheating'! <whistle>

I'm sure Joe was paid a lot of money to make that mistake ..

Maybe Adkins will pay some serious dosh to whoever they're playing next, if/when they beat Saints as a way of "revenge" .. :bandit:

Given that Saints outplayed each and every player in sky blue, and given the money they're on, it must have been quite a payment!

Actually, Pieking, the cartoon with Peter Griffin as a PFC supporter was mildly amusing, verging on quite funny <laugh>

..............................mind you, you must admit, that Gareth Barry's own goal was the most peculiar own goal you have ever seen.

That took quite a bit of skill by the player (an England international) not to miss the net !! <whistle>

As slick a finish as you'll ever see. You often hear a controlled finish described as being passed into the net...you may never see a better example than that.

Joking apart, that was an incredible win for Saints against Man. City.

We can't even buy a win at Fratton Park at the moment..........

WOW Great result at Hartlepool sb3
If you can kick on from this and pick up another couple of points before the end of the season, you have a great chance of finishing Top of the bottom two.
The only trouble is, do you think Hartlepool will win their game in hand and pip you to the top spot ? Thoughts sb
