"These days Swansea's owners have scouts who work for the club rather than a particular management team, for they do not want to lose their scouting department each time there is a change in the dugout." Sounds like a good idea I also liked what they said about Itay. Nice to hear that they have followed him for a good while before he joined. Hopefully we'll see him progress and he did alright against Arsenal.
