Anywhere here know what we have in place? I ask this as a serious question because for a club that has been in the Championship for so long and was in the prem for a season, I would have thought we would have a strong system with a good Chief Scout and contacts in many places. I have to say we have not seemed to have a great strike rate of successful signings at all over the last 3 seasons. Yes, we have had some good players, but no real stars and many players who have just never looked like it.
