I was working last night and haven't seen any of the game so no idea if Isak's second was offside or not. However, there have been loads of VAR decisions for lots of teams (including some of the big six) where goals have been disallowed for players being a tiny fraction off. In terms of added time, there seem to be a lot of people on here (not all) under the impression that once the 5 minutes board goes up that the ref should blow for full time as soon as 5 extra minutes have been played. The 5 minutes was an absolute minimum. If they think there are 5 minutes and 45 seconds to add then they will show 5 minutes and not 6. If anyone goes down in those 5 minutes then that time is also meant to be added on. If there are any subs (not sure if there were) then that will also see 30 secs to a minute added per sub. I think we need to be careful about developing a persecution complex and accept that some VAR decisions will go for us - Trips red card overturned, Almiron's goal against Man City, etc and some will go against us like the non pens v Man City and Wolves and Isak's goal last night. The top teams get good enough to take the mistakes out of the equation and we are at the start of a journey, probably ahead of schedule, to become one of those top teams.
