Scotty Parker has announced his retirement from the playing field. Having successfully completed his coaching badges last season doubt if it will be long before those boots will at least be made for walking around the training ground. But will it be ours? After 119 games for Fulham, it's nonetheless a thank you to Scotty and a little reprise of his goals -
Scotty has turned down a coaching job offer from us and instead agreed to join Spurs as their U18 manager and 'ambassador'. Story: http://www.skysports.com/football/n...rns-to-tottenham-as-u18s-coach-and-ambassador
I can see why he has joined Spurs, a real shame he didn't choose us. Nonetheless he has been a brilliant asset to us and can only wish him the best in the future, albeit with Spurs.
Nice tribute from Mr Khan. Mind you Scotty didn't do so bad from his 4 years at the Club. Something like £12m in wages and free time last year to take his coaching badges.
