alright there chaps long time no sea im sure theres been a thred done about this but im not about to spend ages lookin about for it ive got a bit of halibut in the oven what do u guys both scottish n english think abt scottish independence then inishally i thought it was too drastic an upheaval and was wary weather the country could stand on its own too feet. but then i got thinkin, if england was carryin us then why wud cameron etc be desperate to keep the onion together, surely england wud be better off without us if that was the case and they would be desperate to get rid of scotland. but i have to admit my knowledge on the subject is far two vague for me to be certain im makin the right decision when i vote, so i really dont no what to do. this could quiet well be the biggest decision of my life. i want to make sure its the right one
cud people give there reasons fore and against independence cos i really dont have a clue how i should vote when the time cums
Why would anyone who loves his country, want it to be at the hands of a foreign power. FFs, if we in Oz want to dissolve Parliament for a new election, we have to go to the GG who signs on behalf of HM, so we can proceed. How would the average Englishman like it if he had to ask the Irish or the Scots for permission to have an election?

Why would anyone who loves his country want it to go it alone when the world economy is in the ****. I hear people saying about Scotlands oil reserves / wind farms etc but they are mostly foreign owned. How much of that money is likely to come back into Scotland. Just look at what happened in Africa when all those countries wanted independence.

I can't work out why Scotland want independance from a union they are a main player in. It's jingoism gone too far. If the Union breaks up we in England will be ruled by a Tory government for eternity. Thanks a lot ya ****s
