I can't believe how some people don't rate him. Stats:

    Apps 22 (15) Gls 15.

OK, loads of penalties but who cares? That's really a goal every two games. All other things taken into account, that's pretty good if you ask me.

I think he could flourish into a great Wycombe striker.

There was a reference to his strike rate on the Hereford v Wycombe commentary. It would be interesting to see a table of strike rates based on time on the pitch (No of minutes on pitch/goals scored).

This is a nice little website i found showing goals/games in league 2. Its not been updated to show yesterday's game, after which he is on an average of a goal every 2.6 games, which is about the 18th most prolific goal scorer in the league.

Seeing how he's had to recover from injury and family issues, i think that's pretty good. Also, 13 appearances have been from off the bench, which is included in the stat, which makes it all the more impressive.

I agree Jock. If we go up, I reckon Rendell could flourish as long as he stays injury free. Considering what he's been through personally this season, he deserves full credit.

The goals per game stats see Andy Sandell in third place at the club. Order goes Pittman, Rendell and then Flip Flop (nickname given to Sandell by Aldershot)
