Yeah similar to what Tots says, he'd be great for 55-60 mins but he hasn't got the legs to last a full 90 in the Prem anymore. Wish we signed him earlier in his career.

Pritchard's doing well in the Championship too, doesn't mean we should recall him and put him in our starting 11.

If Parker can;t play for more than 60 minutes it's probably not worth it, but we clearly do need a Davids-like signing who has the experience our players can learn from as well as do the dirty work in midfield.

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea though, YV, what with the current form of some of the first team <laugh>

I think we should do it.
30 mins at the end of each game for the kids we deem to actually have futures (at Spurs).

I like Parker a lot and we could do with bottling his attitude and application and giving it to our current side, but he's probably at his level at this point in his career.
He started his coaching badges when he was with us back in 2012, so I'd like to see him brought back in that capacity when he hangs up his boots.

Brilliant in his first season, I remember how Defoe said he looked like he'd been in a fight after every game, shirt ripped, blood everywhere. We could do with 2012 Parker now!!

Actually, it's not a bad idea for a team that looks rudderless to pick up a top player past his best whose attitude has always been excellent. Maybe the attitude will rub off. It doesn't look such a great idea to ditch players we had who had great attitudes, like Dawson, Huddlestone and Holtby. Hard to see how getting one back could hurt, maybe with the idea of giving him a coaching role eventually.
