Also got the feeling mate you can scratch of Adomahs name as well, think we should get some decent money for him though. Hopefully though we keep Cisse because at the moment he brings the best out of Elliott, and protects the back four. Maybe Riberio will come back and keep his fitness level up and moves to central defence as I think Skuse is making RB his position at the moment. But back to Loach the Watford fans were not rating him commanding his area at all it was all they were talking about in the thread that went on for ages!
adomah... really hope he dosent go, but we've got him for 3 seasons keep him for another year and see what we can do, then if someone comes in with a good bid in 2013 we will have to except and loach must be doing something right as hes part of the england set up and he can only get better at his age, would love to see him playing for us
Fontaine to go!!..............bloody hope not, top class defender who can play in the Prem, no problem, he has been the best player in our team since Del arrived, IMO anyhow.
i said at the beginning of the season that we should get rid of james because his wages and loach was one of two keepers i suggested at the time. the other being alex smithies of huddersfield who is a good young keeper but has had some njury issues this season
marv will stay he knows the boss he's settled here esp with his little one now so i think to get a new keeper James has to go next month
the thing that worries me is the clubs so focused on getting maynard to sign it seems were not that bothered about the likes of fontaine, Elliott and cisse, who are just as important as maynard, hopefully they all sign 3 year contracts in the summer, which would be a nice deal for marv and cisse as they will both be 31 when the contracts up so we can offer 1 year contracts until they retire in which time marv will be getting his coach badges and taking over Del boy in 2017 when Del boy leaves us to manage England after guiding us into the Europa league and a 8th place finish in the prem............where did i put them pills
We need Fontaine and Cisse certainly. Nyatanga isn't good enough at this level, Louis isn't getting any younger and is prone to injury and McAllister is also now getting injuries too. I'm also still not convinced that McGivern is that good, considering where he came from.
yeah im not a mcgivern fan, but he does the job, gets done for pace to often for my liking, but disagree with your coment on nyatanga, hes done little wrong since dereks arrived and i hope he's selected against derby
IMO Nayatanga is a squad player at best and just isn't up to being a regular first teamer. Agree that McGivern isn't quick as was seen against Millwall !
i like mcgivern and i think he's got pace he just not that often shows it part of me would like him to play cb for his height tho does leave us short of crossers and lewin has rushes to his head and just tries lumping it foward i think fonts has saved his bacon a few times to say the least
