(1) Charlton Athletic have snapped up Manchester City's teenage midfielder Abdul Razak on a three-month loan deal. (2) Scott Allan of West Brom has joined MK Dons on loan. Both players were on loan to us last season - Razak was o.k., BUT, Allan was superb ! Why didn't 'Appy try and get Allan back on loan from his old club ? I'm sure that MK Dons can't be paying him a very high wage.
It seems that he tried to get Scott Allan and George Thompson but wages too high, for us, and Roy Hodgson not around any more to do him a favour. Don't know about Razak though, nothing has been said about him.
