I live in Musselburgh, East Lothian (edge of Edinburgh) and there is talk up here of several SPL players heading to Malky Mackays City. Conway and Riordan Both free transfers, Steven(s)
Whittakker and Naismith of Rangers for a combined fee of 1.5-2m... All of the above are worth a punt apart from Riordan. he burnt DJ's fingers a few years back when him and chris Killen were due to sign but got.lured by cash and a space on celtics bench. plus he has a bad attitude and is banned from most pubs/clubs in Edinburgh...Thoughts?

He should go down a storm in Caroline Street then ;) to be honest there's bound to be loads of speculation, gonna be interesting that's for sure
 
Great Talent.. Bad attitude.. Deffinate no from me, i would the other 3 in a heartbeat. Conway is subject to a medical i believe. Im also hearing news on Arron Gunnarson of the other CCFC on free and Chris (I missed an open goal from 1 yrd on my Scotland debut) Iwelumo.. dont fink hes on a free though..
 
Ah Musselburgh, I remember it well (or at least the racecourse) as I staggered to finish the Edinburgh Marathon there in '09.

If they're good enough, get them in. Even Riordan, if he's a modern day equivalent to Drunken (sorry Duncan) Ferguson.
 
As Proph said City has have a few good Scots in the past.

The Don was a class act for many years and was only paid a few mints.

Looks like a big shopping list.
 
Faddy would be good at this level still, However his fitness levels are poor....Just to quash a few rumours- we wont be getting Reo Coker despite what some rumour websites may say, he wants prem football and would only drop down to championship for former club Hammers. Betty is to sign for Celtic as he is in Glasgow tonight.NO HE AINT. He is in london preparing for a flight to vegas. More than likely he will sign for a London club though.....Conway and Taylor subject to medicals and apparently Dean Cox has cancelled his hols to sign for us......WHO?
