Kasper Schmeichel has been linked with a £15M move to Barcelona to compete with Claudio Bravo for the number 1 spot as Andre Ter Stegen looks like leaving Kasper has always said he wants to play and not sit on a bench hence why he left Man City to join Notts County. I cant see him leaving here anytime soon
I doubt he´ll leave in the summer. 15m quid plus ATS after next season would be something to think about, but not now, unless KS wants to go that is.
Sorry but what other keeper from any other club could win or come second in the premier league and be linked for 15 mill! Its a percieved 'little' club thing and it's disrespectful that the media keep linking our players elsewhere for what are, in the current stupid as it is market, joke fees
The media always do this to teams who do well...they tap your players up! He'd be mad to leave imo...CL football, prem champion and 1st choice keeper...he may get some trophies and more money but he will never get to play.
I thought around £15m, the going rate for keepers is fairly low, Cech for £10m for example. He won't go there unless hes going to be considered their main keeper, certainly won't go to sit on the bench when hes likely to get far more exposure here next year.
... he won't be going anywhere for £15m ... Cech went for £10m because he was seen as being at the end of his career ... Lloris, Courtois, de Gea and Kaspar will all be north of £25m in the current market ... but I doubt Kaspar will go anywhere in a hurry ,,,
