"Manchester United are poised to open talks with Leicester City over a £1.5m deal for 20-year-old Jeffrey Schlupp, who can play at left-back or as a striker." Don't know if it's already been mentioned, but found this. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...deal-for-Leicester-Citys-Jeffrey-Schlupp.html
If it was £1.5m every year for five years, they'll be nearer the right value. If we let him go for that, we've been robbed, even if they chuck Keane into the deal.
Charles you know **** all about Schlupp. How many times have you seen him play? The guy got a hattrick on his competitive debut and he's a better fullback than striker!
Charles you know **** all about Schlupp so don't pretend to be an expert. Even us Leicester fans don't know massive amounts about him because he has never got a real run in the team
Zaha is better than Schlupp, I'll agree with that. But not that much so, and Manchester United should be giving us a bigger fee than £1.5 million if they want to sign him.
Haven't I just said that Schullup is worth more than Zaha? If so, then why are you having a go at me?
Because he isn't. Schlupp is worth more than 1.5m, but Zaha is worth even more than that. Which is why the greatest manager of all time has spent 15m on him.
Oh my, it gets better. Isn't a tap in to score a goal, by all means, the exact definition of an "end product"? Besides, it was hardly a tap in. You want to look at your defence which has now conceded 10 goals in three games
A goal is the end product - admittedly a 30 yard goal is more impressive then a 1/2 yard tap in but still counts the same.
Yes no end product 3rd top on assists for Palace in the league 1 behind the tied first and his goal yesterday wasn't a tap in He still had the goalkeeper to beat He wrong footed the goalkeeper with a shimmy. Not exactly a tap in
Now boys let's be generous ... if Charlie hadn't come on here to make us all chuckle we would all be outraged and sickened at the thought of our best home grown prospect since Emile Ivanhoe Heskey being sold for a 'fee' equivalent to being butt ****** (half of what we paid Sunderland for Waggy LOL) .. as it is, let's hope the article is as humourous as Charlie's comments and that United are not intent in taking the piss ... and more importantly that our owners and Nigel will tell them where to put it if it really is going to be that that derisory ..
