    Beckenham - interesting read, not sure what Mr PS take on it would be, that we will probably wait and see.

    I suspect he would be outraged, as he is by most things ;-)

    I don't think there is anything too bad in the article is there? Anyway, I didn't write it - just passing it on!

    To be fair to Scally the post on the old 606 was pretty libelous, nothing to worry about in that article

    Beckenham - your fine <ok>

    BSG is obviously aware of why I'm always a little cautious.

    <cheers>

    On balance the article is favourable and it is certainly more positive than many of the things that have been written over the years so brb need not panic. The positive thing about Scally is that he is willing to do the job although this will not be the position for ever. When he calls it a day who will take over and will they want to pay anything for the club? Scally paid a penny. Would anyone else wish to spend a penny on Scally?
    On the debt mystery it will stay mysterious. Three things are certain, 1 It has not gone away. 2 The Bank will not have written it off. 3 Scally will not have paid it out of his own pocket. So it will re-emerge at some stage and then we can all pass judgement. Not wishing to hold AGMs at a football club is an indicator of deep suspicion that should concern supporters.

    Just had a chance to have a proper read through the blog, generally a good read, although a few pointless links in the article (in my opinion), such as directing you to the Stoke message board instead of posting the actual telegraph link, posted within the same message board?
