My son bought me one for Christmas 2019, and I spent a few weeks painting and putting it together. Really enjoyed doing it, found it very relaxing and therapeutic. I've done a few more since, and will put some pics up if anyone is interested.
This was my first one though, and was quite pleased how it came out, and after todays result it seemed a good time to post.

I did this H.M.S Victory when I was much, much younger. It was a Revell kit. One day my mam accidently (she said) knocked it off the top of the wardrobe. Rather than try to sort out the broken masts, spars and tangled rigging, I put it in the back yard and shot it to bits with my air rifle. I don’t have the patience these days - or the eye sight - but it is an engrossing hobby.
