I am no expert regards body language, but that interview tells me he aint a happy bunny. I wonder if there is behind the scenes issues going on at the gate. The board are going to need to sanction players SC wants,if not there is a chance he could move on. Listening he said certain players are not up to speed. I hope we can put it all right next week.
I think everyone is being overoptimistic. I can see us finishing near the bottom at around 15th. More signings are definitely needed though as the season is about building a squad. I'd rather have 8 good signings than 3 amazing moneyspinning signings this year. We need solid foundations if we are ever to achieve premier league football Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
Certainly did not come across happy, the feel good factor needs to keep momentium, hope we do not loose it over the next two or thre months. SC had a fantastic ride last season, let's hope he can keep it going with the backing of his board.
Of course he's not a happy bunny....he said he hates loosing, and after last season where he won a lot LOT more than he lost, he is having trouble adjusting to the feeling. His team lost, he didn't get the signings he was after and he is just showing his frustration. Not sure about all this facebook talk of him having a bust up with Sir Steven....can't see it myself as it's far far too early in the season. He, and the team, will turn it around soon enough I am sure...it's only one game ffs!
People making stuff up in their own heads again.. The man doesn't like losing.. nor do I.. He's a winner, get over it.
That is the issue 'Politics' has put a spoke in the wheel. However, Cotts is good enough to bring it back around again, so I'm not petrified yet
