He's a character. Too many sportsmen these days are boring, at least he has half a personality and can laugh at himself. Had a great game too- possibly the last one he'll ever have.
Savage is both a character (one of the few left in the game these days) and a ****er. He knows that, hones it and trades on it. It made his name for him - and now it's given him a second career just when he needs one. Can't be bad. He's having a laugh - quite literally, and who can blame him?
He wished us well in the aftermath. As for his pipe, I'm sure he'll have both the time and the cash to stick more than our promotion in that and smoke it! What a ****er, happy days eh?

He is a ****er but won the biggest one on one battle on the park against Adel iv never seen adel be so ineffective. Say what u like about savage he was asked to go to the loft last night and make life hard for adel and thats what he did.....
agree as man marking goes was spot on & stifled us but we shouldn't just relay on tarbs, but last night passing poor, but defence quite solid again & kenny top draw save, we will need a savage type player if we go up.

So we agree then guys? Savage has become a loveable ****er over the years. Respek from the not606 Rs! (Most teams had a Savage-type back in the day - shame that's less the case now.)
