Nothing official said by the club or FA yet as far as I can see, but a good point was raised on the official QPR Facebook page. If these idiotic chavs, hoodies and general low life scum, who frankly should be lined up and shot, continue their rioting across London for the rest of this week into the weekend, it could put major strain on police resources. They've already been drafting in police from other areas such as Kent, but London can't hog police from all over the UK, so there could be the chance that football matches will be sacrificed on safety grounds due to lack of available policing. Not that there's much rivalry between us and Bolton, but if it were Chelsea or another team we were playing it might be a different matter! We will just have to wait and see what happens the rest of this week.
https://www.eticketing.co.uk/qpr/details/event.aspx?itemref=4410 Unbelievable how many seats are left, a re-think on ticket prices will be coming up I reckon, and then they'll have ST holders moaning!
There you go, live version!
I made it about 900 tickets left. Presumably quite a few are restricted views. Not sure how many of them there are? I agree that it would have been sold out long ago if the prices hadn't been so viciously hiked! Wouldn't be surprised if it's pretty much sold out by KO. Tell you what though, if ticket prices are reduced after what I paid for my STs I will not be responsible for my actions!!!!

I reckon it will be a sell out or at least very close to being one, only 870 home tickets left and we have the lower part of the school end. The way i think they will see it is that if this is virtually a sell out most of the other games will be just due to the fact that Bolton is not one of the top supported teams , all london derbies will be sell outs , then all the top sides will be , then the likes of newcastle and sunderland will be sell outs. Honestly think it will only be a hadful of games where we dont, likes of wigan and swansea maybe. I don't think we will get the lower part of the school end for a lot of the games.
It will sell out the home bits, but if it's a struggle for the first game in the Prem at 3 on a Saturday, what chances the Newcastle one?
Newcastle , they will sell out the school end, some of the best fans in the country that lot, i think you could be suprised.
I don't think it makes too much of a difference who it is against, whether it be Fulham, Arsenal, Chelsea or any club outside the M25, if police resources are strained it will be difficult for the match to go ahead. Let's just hope and pray we don't hear of any major rioting tonight, because from what 'm hearing it has spread to Bristol, Manchester and Liverpool. If this keeps up they may postpone games altogether, but that is unlikely. Fulham and QPR playing at home at the same time is a disaster for the Police, they will be stretched enough as it is
I was talking about the home bits, and we'll see whether Newcastle sell out, there is a campaign to boycott.
I did see on Sky news last night when I got home from work, the Metropolitan Police has called for all football matches in London to be called off. I assume it meant the weekend fixtures, but didn't actually say.
I know you mean about the home bits but what i'm saying is when the away end is sold out ( assuming they will get the lower school end) there will be less home tickets, also you will get more tourists for those kind of fixtures. I do hope Saturdays game is on , bit early to call it of. Who knows what today and tomorrow will bring, they should at least wait till thursday , even friday maybe.
The initial call was for the Carling Cup games to be called off - and they all have been. Saturday is still a ways off, but I can see an early decision being made because the police need all the help and resources they can get to deal with these mindless chavvy scum. I was getting so angry listening to them getting airplay this morning on the radio, trying to put the blame on 'older people' (actually saying all the youth are interested in are a few sweets!), 'the police', 'the government', and that old chestnut 'the lack of anything to do'. Bollocks. You just nicked a new telly, smashed some windows, set a fire or two, and you reckon nobody can touch you for it, sunshine. Then they were complaining about how the young were being picked up by the police, "even though they had done nothing". Here's a tip for you - if you don't want to be caught up in a riot, GO HOME!! I'm normally placid and mild-mannered, but this kind of idiot really brings out the Daily Mail in me....
