doing an ew L15 Sleepy Haven 12/1 --2 40 Hay Potters Legend 3 15 hay Streets of Promise 10/1 5 35hay Verona Opera 6/1 3 25 car just a bit of interest .....
3.35 Musselburgh- American Gigolo- 7/1 The stable seems to be back in the winners circle and Horses running well but even when the dark cloud was over the fry yard this fellow continued to run extremely well he has won 3 times in a row over the aw . His form has been franked with Stargazer winning today at Newcastle. Harry wouldn’t be travelling through the borders for some battered mars bars and only raised 3lbs for his last win seems fair and his current price is a decent ew bet as I can’t see him out the first 3 with a big chance of winning
****ing hot race but yard fancy it massively and reckon LB will be even better this year, got even stronger and is posting quicker times at home
Stick - Massive luck with Jenny's Surprise on sunday hope the beaut brings home that big baby back bacon
isn't that a trip on the short side for LB ? always seems to like cut and 7f , L du Llac on the other hand is a trail blazer who loves the sand and 6f ......
Haydock 5.35 CKALCO DES LOGES e/w @ 11/1 Won twice over hurdles off marks of 122 and 123.Yet to score in five chase starts but step in right direction last time when 3rd at Kempton.Been eased a further 2lb since that effort to new low mark of 106.Gets in here on bottom weight of 10st4 and steps up to 3m4f for first time.
Haydock 3.50 LAMANVER ODYSSEY @ 5/1 Bumper and dual hurdles winner, the latest of those wins at Wincanton last November reads well. She beat a tough mare in Midnight Tune 2 3/4l,and that one is a three times winner since, the latest of those coming in a Sandown grade 2.Not so good since but looked on the way back last time at Exeter when 2nd to Jamie Snowden’s improving Kalahari Queen(runner up in Newbury grade 2 last time).Harry Fry is 20% at the track and the yard is in good form(31.25% last two weeks).
Haydock 4.25 taken two against the field in this: CLASSIC BEN @ 10/1 Dual hurdles winner caught the eye last time at Doncaster when a staying on 2nd to Buckle Street. The winner was in receipt of plenty of weight and Classic Ben was just over a length down at the line.Wears first time cheek pieces. SOUTHFIELD ROYALE @ 16/1 Bumper, hurdles and chase winner. Not scored in any code since December 2015 and down to career low mark of 125.Was a novice hurdle winner off 139 and also landed a grade 2 chase at Doncaster.Has winning form on soft/heavy and has run well at the track before.First time tounge tie applied and nice weight of 10st9.
Laughton 4.45 Musselburgh 7/1 Is really well handicapped on his 2016 form. Considering the issues the yard had last year he's worth taking a chance on.
Rightly or wrongly I look at these races like this: Solar Flair had a tough race last year under 9.4 and clocked 71.54. He subsequently improved on that with another hard race in 71.2 under 9.7. tomorrow he carries 9.7 Whereas Sparkalot covered the same distance on the same track in 70.84 carrying 9.7 and won "smugly". Tomorrow carries 8.8 I know it isn't that simple but to me Sparkalot has proved he can carry the same weight over the same C&D in a faster time, with less effort and yet carries 1lb off a stone less tomorrow. I can't see Solar Flair beating Sparkalot at these weights
