Balls!!!!

Vibrato is another I have taken off my cliff-list ... it was a certainty he would run well lol I do think Leighton Aspell's ride will be looked at by the stewards though ... I counted 8 strikes after the last and there may have been more to get there.

Cheltenham 3.05pm

Ch'tibello 8/1 each way 3 places with Skybet.

Goes well in soft ground and Dan Skelton is in good form at present. Horse has previously got the better of My Tent or Yours and Old Guard so should confirm superiority with those two. I recall he beat the well regarded Cloudy Dream in the Scottish Champion Hurdle and horse was entered in the Champion Hurdle last season only to be ruled out due to injury.

Is getting weight from the New One and Melon. With this enhanced offer of first 3 in a seven runner field I think this is a cracking little bet. Could be one to improve and I'm expecting a big run.

I can not work out the Caspian Caviar Gold Cup for the life of me. I think they are all so closely matched, so resisting the temptation. Just the one bet for me.
Close but no cigar...Momella..backed the wrong Skelton horse at cheltenham today...just knew that would happen..

Cheers Florida and Pops ..... I needed that as a double with Guitar Pete :)

That's me lot, good luck if playing on <ok>

Had a proper bad day, my cliff horse is out tonight and another that I've done before so here goes nothing.

Oh bugger. I've napped Tropics. Good luck with Fast Track though if you back it

Well done with Tropics, Ron. Glad that something went right for someone... Je suis malade comme un perroquet.

I heard from my Malton correspondent about the prospects for Ben Curtis at Wolverhampton, so I went on the laptop to post the news on here but my laptop battery failed on me. I tried to restart it and it said that the battery was down to 12 per cent and I needed to plug in the power cable – which I did not have with me. I was visiting a friend in deepest darkest North Yorkshire and ‘3’ do not seem to have any coverage near his house so I could not use the mobile instead.

The news was that Curtis fancied all three of his rides for David Barron. As we know, Fast Track got beaten (fourth to Tropics); however, Curtis then won the 8:15 on 11/1 shot Swift Emperor and won the 8:45 on 5/2 favourite Twin Appeal. Then just for good measure Curtis won the last at 9:15 on 40/1 shot Star Quality for David Loughnane.

What a sickener – two out of three winners and I could not share the info with anyone. Technology sucks...
