Todays racing comes to us from Lingfield, Newmarket, Redcar, Acsot, Ayr and Haydock...

Please put your selections for this weekend here for all to see... Many thanks...<cheers>

As ive started the DT i may as well put forward a couple that i like, it would be rude not to...

4.00 Haydock - Rhythm Of Light, 7/2... - Dascombe has a good record at Haydock and is in form at the moment. Won lto in a easy 4 runner race here and has improved as the year has gone on...

2.55 - Haydock - Gabrial, 9/4... - Can improve and has the better form coming into this...

Good luck to all if your playing today...<cheers>

Rucana 2.40 Ascot 14/1 (though I wouldn't begrudge Sun Central the victory now that I've seen who his Dam is!) but the form of Rucana is bullet proof and i cannot believe the price. i'll be playing, e/w

One tonight for me at Lingfield 6.45 ROCKER ROB 4/1 Dropped in grade and 11lb below his highest AW winning mark, should see him go close.

Out for beers all day so will pick up my winnings tomorrow ;)

    Best of luck all

Made the mistake thinking it was on the AW!!!!! Its on turf so Rocket Rob is only 2lb above his highest winning mark!

Ha ha to much fun in the sun me thinks!

Is everyone still on their jollies? I've just got back from mine - tanned, healthy and skint! Actually, not all that healthy either. Anyways, am hoping to refill the coppers with a bit of equine good fortune today.

Not a fan of the Sherar Cup so looking away from Ascot today.

Had my eye caught by the move for Illustrious Prince in the 3.10 at Redcar till I saw that Hugh Taylor had tipped it up. 9/2 may still be acceptable though.

2 for me today and like others am swerving Ascot. Form those of you who are interested, Morning line said that Andrew Balding has a 26% strike rate in the Shergar cup which is amazing.

Mine are at Haydock - with Redcgull on Rhythm of light and have also done an each way bet on Three Bards in the 2-20. Good luck everyone and, for one last push, come on team GB!

After having Sir Graham Wade up in midweek, did not realise he was out again today. He won very well and although stepping up again today i think he can win this. Around 11/4 i will be on.

I agree Mick, i had him at Goodwood and in the week and will follow him until beaten. I do fear the top horse today but still feel that Sir Graham wade is not a handicapper.

My text was based on what Channel 4 Racing said - mind you that's as reliable as a press release from Liverpool Football Club so I do apologise.

Just 2 for the day - three bards - Haydock 2-20 and Rhythm of light 4-20
