Am going to the Coventry game combined with Silver hospitality i.e. buffet not sit down meal. My son insists he can wear jeans and trainers. Can anyone confirm dress requirements as I don't want him turned away at door.

I can't remember exactly, but depending what suite you are in, the dress code is usually smarter than jeans and trainers.

About what I expected...I can see me having to buy him clothes as well as the ticket.

It's smart-casual in both hospitality areas. no replica shirts or shell suits. Jeans and trainers in good nick are probably ok, but it might be saferr to avoid them.

Just got my bronze tckets through - it says `extremely smart dark denim is acceptable but no t-shirts, no ripped denim and no trainers or replica shirts`. I`ll be OK in a mankini then.

No denim or trainers aloud in hospitality. Smart dress only. You will be turned away if you do not come in the right dress code.

    That's my understanding too.

If you'd like to know my first impression of the title, it was that you were asking advice on the whereabouts of former ManU midfielder Carlo Sartori. Yeah, I know, stupid. But close. ;)

Fran the last time I went to one of these I was told it should be smart casual.....which does not include Jeans I'm afraid. I have no idea how strict they are over this but I have not seen any one in there in Jeans to be honest.....

Fran - me too! I got them to send me the rules. Dress to impress is the instruction and all but says no denim, t shirts, replica shirts etc
We are going with suits with open neck smart shirts and our ladies are dressing up in tresses/suits. We took a look at those going into the hospitality against Donny and everyone looked very smart
