Transfer Rumours Sandro Ramirez

The latest striker rumoured to be on his way to Newcastle according to Spanish Newspaper Macca.

The deal has been agreed in principle and only subject to change if we get relegated. It is rumoured to be a yea'r long loan deal for the 19 year old Barcelona Striker who has made 12 appearences this season (mostly sub) and scored 4 goals.

I have done an in depth scounting mission (youtube) and the guy looks good, very big build for a 19 year old spanish kid, I could probably most liken him to deigo costa. His quick, good with his feet and scores powerfull strikes with both his left and right foot.

Im not always in favour of loan deals, and even more so when there is no fee to make it permanent at the end, but this kid looks good, also born in the Canary Islands as was Ayoze, so if it does happen hopefully they can strike up a good relationship. His contract runs out June 2017, so he will only have a year left at the end of the loan, if he does well, we could well force Barca's hand?

 

Does look like a handful, although it is only youtube, doesn't look like he would be put off by the rough and tumble of the EPL, he may have a temper like Costa's which wouldn't be apparent running out for Barcelona as the opposition cant get near you though.

All in all not a bad little player but I would only have him as back up if we keep Cisse (fit and suspension free) and another striker who has PROVEN they score goals over here.

Lets face it though, cant be worse that Chucky....

He's a cracking little player and an all round good egg.

 

The club needs to focus on getting three points on Saturday because if that doesn't happen we will probably have Jason Scotland and Akinfenwa upfront for us next season in the Championship.

 

We lack physicality, I doubt he'll change that.
