Get real people. In fact I was probably seen in Calderdale and Manchester today and I dont even live there. Was I just there to see some old collegues and friends or am I moving back there?

If only he was coming back on loan, getting rid of him was a massive mistake, just the same as Turner and Myhill. To think in terms of transfer value we swapped Ricketts for McShane and then gave McShane £25,000 a week!!!!!

A massive mistake? Possibly... but there again, if you say the same about Turns and Myhill (as, in fact, you did), then the idea of a "massive mistake" takes on another dimension entirely.

We could - really could - have gone bust. We didn't. Why? Because we sold a number of players for financial reasons only, not footballing ones.

Done, history, etc etc... deal with it.

Sam Ricketts was a part our our promotion team. As was Caleb Folan. Every player in that promotion squad is a hero and Hull City legend in my eyes.
I cannot say the same about the manager.
