Bristol City Fan, just like to ask how you rate Sam Baldock, seems like a very good buy for us, do you feel the same.
Not many hammers on here at present, Miggins will probably get round to a response at some stage. But, for what its worth, I think you've gone and signed a very decent striker. He did well at WHU, scored goals in the time before injury & Vaz Te's form kept him out of contention. (Also the fact that they whack the ball 40ft into the sky at every opportunity did not help him! ) I thought Briz-city might just struggle this coming season, but keeping Adomah (sp?) & Dell boy grabbing a couple good signings, I think the Championship may well be taken by surprise!

Baldock never really had a chance due to Sam Allardyces preference for 4-5-1 to 4-3-3 formation, scored a few goals for us before getting injured but then Maynard and Vaz Te arrived, who can both play on the wings. I think Baldock will score well for you in a '2 up front' formation, as he seems to have a great instinct for where the goal is, sadly for us he isn't a man mountain that we can lump the ball to so he can hold it up, so his time was always gonna be numbered with under Sam as he couldn't adjust to being on the wings as well.
