    Hmm, smart, but I feel that it plays too much into the headlines and not enough into the meat of SFC, otherwise why is Schneiderlin so barely recognised and Captain Hammond [OK, no longer] is actually entirely absent..? Sharp gets good billing for being at Saints for barely 6 months.!?!

    Nah, good idea, but bad research. Plays to an unthinking masses.

    It's because it's from the BBC match reports. From when we were in the Championship, when most of the match reports were two paragraphs detailing most of the goals and big action. Schneiderlin and Hammond might have been vital to the team, but they were in the engine room of the team, only picked up 3 goals between them and didn't get many mentions on the BBC. Whereas Sharp with his goals late in the season would have been mentioned about 5 times per match report that he scored in.
