The march to the grand arch of Wembley resumes …

This match renews our rivalry with our European rivals, Tottenham Hotspur. Saints enter battle to continue the march to the arch. Fans everywhere, with the aid of our (previously undisputed) player of the season, VAR, in tow, are dreaming of putting some demons to bed.

Having recently beaten Tottenham in the quest for Europe, we’ll be confident we can beat them once again in yet another race for sure-fire glory. This year is the year, this year there is nothing stopping us. Europe? We’re going. Book your flights. Wembley final? You know it. Win at Anfield? It’s coming.

Tottenham manager, Jose Mourinho (The not-so special one), will be delighted to make acquittances once again with one of the PL’s leading coaches, Andrew Sparkes, following their encounter at the last home match.

The march to Wembley carries on here …

    COYR!!!!

Please don't lose this one Saints :(

Actually wouldn't mind a midweek replay at their new ground.

Really really want to be in the 5th round hat.
Our effort over the last two months deserves it.
Lets hope that gets us over the line.

Hopefully Son will get another red card tonight, or maybe a little, niggly injury to keep him out of Saturday’s game.
I love watching him play, but would prefer him to miss this one.

Little reason not to go all out for this. Full strength.

I think a cup run could be our only hope of an exciting end to the season. Whilst we are not far off the top 7 now, I do think we will have a comfortable finish at around 9th/10th.

    Big game this!

Don't see anything to worry us from Spuds tonight, outstated by the team marooned at the bottom of the table, it will be a lucky win if they get it.

Love us to win, but want to be in sight of a Europa place more. Yes, I know that it is probably unlikely, but I'd rather look up than down....and things are so tight below us that a loss here and there could drop us several places. The league matters more, so only going for a 5-0 win for Saints. :)

Get through this game, and there's some lovely draws to be had. A real mix of teams still in it. Or even L'pools reserve team. But spurs will be a tough game, their season hinges on this now.
