Goals from Jake Sinclair and a Ryan Seager brace propel the U18s above Man U to the top of the table. Pick of the goals was certainly a superb bicycle kick from Ryan Seager, who flicked up a pretty shoddy looking corner and showed great agility to power the ball over hlis head.

Highlights and reactions are on player if anyone needs cheering up.

Why aren't our U18's crap? Why do they keep winning? I demand answers!

Is Seager the lad that we bought from Plymouth?

Was presented to the crowd at Fulham wasn't he? Having signed a pro contract. Might be someone else...

It would make sense as I haven't seen his name on the team sheet for the youngsters this season I don't think.

Would be nice to roll over Leeds and get everyones juices flowing, but with it only two days after the Spurs game I doubt many of them will play any part. Might be good to whack the defence out there, since they can probably get away with the physical exertions of two games in three days better than our midfielders and attackers, try and get a clean sheet and get them playing together as much as possible to build the understanding and organisation.

Personally would like us to play Boruc, Clyne/Richardson, Yoshida, Fonte, Fox/Shaw, JWP, Cork/Chambers, Reeves, Guly, and then two of Mayuka, Rodriguez and Chung depending on who's fit and how much they played against Spurs. Then Clyne and Fox depends on how fit they are to play after Spurs, and Cork obviosly depends on if he can get from injury. Think that would be a good mix of getting some confidence in first team players and giving some reserves and youth players run-outs.

I think the Leeds game has increased in importance and I would like a strong team put out, but I'm not expecting it to happen. I suspect it will be similar to the team we put out last time. First team players will be protected...don't need any more injuries (can't even trust the Leeds fans:smile:), though a few fringe ones may be used.
