Agreed PTF but we all know the squad is a bit thin. A couple of injuries and red cards at the back and we are screwed!
I don't think we would have put a bid in if for Forren if Mauricio Pochettino wasn't interested in signing him. Well I hope so . . .
He's hardly going to say we need to bring in loads of players because it would upset the players that are already here. He can't afford to lose the dressing room any further that this move all ready probably has.

Agree with you that he's not exactly going to say he wants to overhaul the team, but how do you conclude he has lost the dressing room? Chaplow and Clyne have already tweeted to say they're looking forward to working with him.

The team will be eager to get to know the manager and see how they fit in. May even be a little excited...not disloyalty but football. Players are used to this happening. This is a good thing...we don't want the players sulking, do we?
Exactly, as well as continuing to want to stay in the division, they'll also all want to prove themselves to the new manager. I don't see how they could be demotivated.
Think the guy has already said he expects Forren to sign said something about one for the future...
He's never going to come in and say "this is a basket case, I need to spend millions" because we will a) get r*ped in the transfer market when they sense desperation and b) see the performance of the squad deteriorate massively.
We need to continue to evolve and I think he gets that. That said I do expect 2 or 3 signings now and maybe some that Adkins couldn't have got us. The guy has apparently been scouting in Spain and Italy recently and researching our squad for several weeks (so Adkins was on borrowed time in NC's eyes)!

No, we certainly don't. Well, it won't take long for him to strike up an understanding with Ramirez obviously, and I'm pretty sure that Fonte and Guly will speak spanish, or at least have a good grasp so will help with interpreting. Still, Maurizzio needs to find time to learn English.
