The fringe players who aren't likely to play also take up a slot in the squad if they over 21. I believe teams are limited to 25 players above 21 yrs old in their 1st team squads
 
Agent_ITK on twitter is saying that Dave is going to be announced as an official signing within 48hrs.

My take on Agent_ITK is that he gathers up various info from around the web and takes educated guesses, although from some of his tweets, he does seem to work within the football industry in some capacity, even if it isn't as an agent. To be fair he isn't often wrong, let's see if he's right on this one.

I take all that back...it wasn't agent_itk who I remember from the summer. It's someone I haven't seen before called transfer_itk. Probably a waste of space.

Agent_ITK isn't on twitter any more is he?, he got found out to be a fraud and many believed he was Moose of talksport.
 
Good luck to Ryan. Never let Saints down when he played and got that vital goal at Plymouth to all but seal promotion from league 1.
 
I can understand Dickson being somewhat annoyed at not playing. He signed as League One leftback of the season but after Pardew left Adkins never seemed to rate him. The highest estimate of his wages in this thread is £12k per week so he's not exactly gonna be set for life when he retires and should take every penny he can get from us. He's clearly not in our future plans so personally I'd say to him that if he can find a club willing to pay him a certain amount a week (what amount I don't know) he can go on a free and we'll pay him the difference til the end of his contract.

I hope he does well at Bradford.
 
Good luck to Dickson. His career has been drifting since we were promoted from league 1 and bought Fox.

It effectively ends his Saints career, but I guess from his standpoint it is still just a loan. He can maybe get a Cup title, and Bradford could get promoted. If not, he gets to showcase his stuff for half a season and get his match fitness back and see where he goes from there.

Probably a troll. They just take the rumours flying around adding "in the next 48 hours" and congratulating themselves when it comes off. Pinch of salt needed. It's unlikely to be concluded on a Sunday anyway.
