I pay £37 [last time I looked] per annum for Saints Player. As many people have said, most of the exclusisvity of Saints Player has been eroded by the Saints Youtube channel. I'm very tempted to divert that money now.
It'll change back again, eventually. Just as soon as Saints can brake the shackles of that God-awful official website. Until then, pretty much everything will be free-to-air, as it were.
It would be good to be called a Member again! It has been said a few times but in a different context..........
I shouldn't think so. The membership category comes behind STH's for ticket sales. I can't see that having both would be worth it.
What? A shiny new membership card to sit alongside the Season ticket .... lovely Ps... insider knowledge; either this season or next season, we will be on contactless fob or wrist band style season tickets.
And they will be linked to the card that you used to pay for them so you can use them as contactless payment cards similar to this season's bpay bands.
That makes sense for this year then as bPay have emailed me to say my band is discontinued and they will contact me of a 'new' band for next season....
With everyone paying by this new fangled technology what am I supposed to do with all these pound notes under my mattress?
Hmmmm, am I missing something here. I am not a season ticket holder as only make about 10-12 games a season. At the moment, I get some priority after season ticket holders for home games as soon as I have been to a home game before tickets go on general sale.. it seems to work and went to all the games I wanted to last year. So what is different? I get the same access to games next season but pay £25 and get a bit of plastic?
I'm a season ticket holder, but I'm not too impressed with this scheme as I do think it's robbing fans of £25 especially when we don't sell out that many games and even when we have, they don't exactly sell fast. Other than if were lucky to progress to the latter stages of a cup competition, I just don't see this being worthwhile and would advise fans to save their money. Think the club should offer a saving on ticket prices for members. Only if it's a £1 a ticket or a booking fee waiver. Then you can get your money back by going to games. Also agree that there could be different prices for fans based abroad
Very pleased. Free money to club, but fans gain some priority for tickets. Necessary now tickets are harder to get. Thought I,d posted this yesterday but hey, ho. Under the old system, members got priority for a ticket before season ticket holders got the chance to buy a second ticket.
