KIO - That was 3 years before my baptism at CR . When i went, the away fans had a section of the Barclay (sometimes one pen, sometimes two). However, in this clip, where were the Everton fans? the Barclay was full of yellow & green from what I saw.

I think they will still ban it in sight of the pitch like in England. Personally I love going to the rugby or cricket and have a few beers, there's very rarely any trouble. I supose the issue is no one trusts football fans, not really sure I do to be honest.
 
Money throwing wouldn't be so bad now all the coins are a fraction of their weight now lol!
