St. Denys Cemetery. Go straight there for your burial and save delays.

Hi Badger - I always go to the Shepherds Crook - always lots of away fans there as well as Pompey fans. It's near to the away end as well.

Get out at Fratton Station, up the stairs, go across the bridge and turn left into Goldsmith Ave. Walk all the way up, past the ground itself, which will be on your left and the Shepherd's is on the crossroads.

If you arrive early, I highly recommend going all the way to the end of the line, Portsmouth Harbour and walking round to Gunwharf Quays. Take a trip up the Spinnaker tower and marvel at the view, of the Isle of Wight and the surrounding Portsmouth area.

There are some outlet stores, selling trendy clothes at bargain prices for the discerning football casual, too.

Totally unecessary comment - true football fans looking for a friendly drink & a bit of banter.
True football fans should do more of this sort of comraderie.
Followed Saints to Leeds a few years back - received in the pub with real friendliness & a bit of banter.
Have a good trip guys & a safe return home - you are coming a long way

Always welcome at the AA - see you there Saturday FFD. Junior Fish is gracing us with his presence as well - assuming I get home from the Land of the Morning Calm in timer. <cheers>

After a long drive like that.........assuming you are driving you could come in on the A2030 until you find the Good companion....always loads of away fans in there and home fans too.....get there early enough and you can leave the car in the car park......especially if you buy your grub there too........ <ok> just a 5 min walk to the milton end as well

My friend is a Pompey fan and he used to take me to some matches. We would go to the Rutland. We'd meet away fans in there after the match. It is near Lidl's off Goldsmith Avenue. Never any problems when I have been there and it serves real ale.

I was at the Leeds game at FP last season , when the lights went off . had a good crack . Very good away support and a good banter with the Pompey fans . I am afraid you wont find Pompey at their best , as usual , due to severe player shortages . So I predict you will come out easy winners on Saturday , hoping I am wrong of course . Have a good trip down to FP , be nice to us and enjoy the atmosphere . <magic>

We've got the wind up ones now.

With a massive oversized novelty key.
