Don't see one mention of it anywhere.. why nee threads?

Yet after beating Brum they are next up.

    Bardo and co..

    Surely a chance to progress?

Could go far again this season, fingers crossed.

If we beat Stoke there will only be a maximum of 6 other prem' teams in the competition.

A full strength side against them for me.

It's a good draw, not easy, Stoke are a good side, but we should win at home.

    Happy enough.

a few league games to consider before this game, so that's why it hasn't got much of a mention yet..

Boring outcome! Was hoping for a London team away.

At least we're home though, should progress, but I can see it being quite tricky

It's funny how the world works, a couple hours earlier 2nite I was speaking to my Uncle Bobby! He used to play for Stoke! I was chatting about both our starts to the season and now we've drawn each other! You ****ing ripper! <cheers>

We've both been incredibly patchy, but we will be within 2 or 3 points seasons end, it's tight as they come this.

Yeah ATM disagree GG. Stoke losing at home to villa shocked me tbh.. Crouch is an old slouch & Moses doesn't get me excited.. Our core strength is strong, very strong & this will separate us from teams like Stoke mate!

I dunno mate, they have strength in areas we don't, and vice versa.

That said, I'd only realistically want Shawcross, and Begovic, who we don't need.

They'll be ok mate, I actually quite like Walters, he looks nothing like a Premier League footballer, but he does the business, he's old school as ****.

    Wouldn't want him mind...

it will be a tough game but it definatly winable and with us being at home it will be on us to take it to them. this season could give us another massive chance to do well with a lot of premiership teams going out already. we need a full strength squad putting out to do the business

Aye, he's a bit of a throwback and I like that, he's a better player than he gets cedit for but more than anything he's an absolute grafter, 125% regardless.

I'll take any team in any order. We showed last season we were pretty poor against the lower teams but against premier league opponents we were a different side. Besides, when we're the first team in the region to win a cup for a long long time, I want everyone to know we didn't get a free ride.

Last season would have been the ultimate for that. United, Southampton, Chelsea, City, nobody could have said a ****ing word.
