F*ck SAFC and the derby match next year at home. No problem with the game, result etc however as a season ticket holder I do object to being treat like cattle when coming out of the ground. Came out of the North stand today and was told to use a different exit (even though this exit was still being used) forcing ourselves to walk right round the ground past the players entrance and into a fenced area where a few thousand Sunderland FANS (look at the word Ellis, FANS) were held back for a short while until the police could be arsed to open the fence. There are a lot of SAFC & police people need to take a good look at themselves and realised they f*cked up big style today. I will be e-mailing the club but do not expect an answer from the arrogant tw*ts. Really really annoyed. I except the police will say "few arrests" and therefore will have done their job but if thats the way SAFC want to treat fans I may have to review whether or not I renew my season ticket. I hope they filmed this today and except they f*cked up AND apologise, however, I wont hold my breath. It was more like lets look after the 3,000 special needs window licking bell end ******s than their own fans. Very very disappointed with our club today.
yeah just email the club with the same writing style and attitude you have in your post and i'll agree with you that they won't reply.
Dorty i was wrong to write about the Newcastle fans the way I did. Its removed Any, I am not the most eloquent I was just trying to get a point across No offence intended to Newcastle fans just bloody annoyed at the handling of SAFC fans by my club and the police.
Well done in removing it Gil, if I can add anything is that it's best not to post in the first place if you are annoyed, mate. Far better to chill out and post when your thoughts are more coherent.
Special needs window lickers was the bit I was referring to, if he's removed it fair play. I've had a bad day with a few of your persuasion today, and kicked off in a pub with one of them. I was in the right 100%, but I regret my actions now. I feel like a right twat. Bad day, I'm normally really mild mannered, but today was the final straw. some people don't know when to stop.
It's the sad life of todays society Somb, have a brew, have a reflect and just forget it. There's more to life than football and rivalries and I for one know that after the last 3 years. Good game, no one started a war, no one lost a limb so have a good evening, be cool & most of all be happy ..
Hello Joe.... the horrible thing about it is the bloke is a great bloke, someone I consider a great friend. I'm normally the one who considers anyone who rows about football is a twat, and I've done the same myself today. I'm ****ing devastated. I know I was in the right, but no matter how many times I tell myself that, it doesn't make it any better. I'm absolutely gutted.
Alcohol was it? I know by experience just how many a great man has become such a twat in it and I include myself in that statement. Don't beat yourself up mate, what's happened has happened, tomorrow's another day & things will right themselves
Sad to say, its still fifteen too many, wonder how many arrests were made eighty years ago, when crowds didnt have the dosh, when the match was more important than the hype and media bullshit, which the Journal and Chronical have been spewing out all week. basically geeing up the fans,,,,,,In a bad way.
Som, I was wrong, I apologise. I did remove it but obviously not before you had seen it. Like Dorty mag said I should have chilled out, sobered up and then possibly posted in the morning. My argument was with my club and the police NOT the Newcastle fans.
Thanks for those words of wisdom Joe. I apologised to him several times (even though he knows he was in the wrong) tonight, and I will again in the cold light of day tomorrow. Whats making me feel worse is I know that in the morning I'll feel more of a twat! It's enough to make you stop drinking. Well almost.
Pity that mate I watched it with a barcode neighbour his brother and another barcode lad who I'd not met before and, strangely enough no bother at all. Shows most of us can get on.
I've been best mate to a red and white twice, I've had a red and white as my best man at my two weddings. I normally get on with most. As I said, today was a bad day, one I want to forget in a hurry.
